Dear Sir / Madam,
We are a group of forth year digital media design students from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. As a group we have been given a task in researching different types of management styles within different companies. Our area of research is to specifically look at small to medium groups, who work together on projects.
The project entails interviewing a person from your company, writing a report and presenting the information about what your company’s style of management is. We would like to interview a representative of Weta Digital Ltd design team, regarding the inner working styles of that team, how they relate and function.
Once we have compiled the report, we will be presenting that information back to fourth year students. This will allow them to have some knowledge of what is involve when working within a team environment. Any information and communications from Weta Digital Ltd and their representative person will be kept strictly confidential and not be publicized to the wider community.
We would be very grateful if you have a person within your organization that would be willing to communicate with a team of students in their final year.

I made contact with Weta Digital Ltd on the 3rd of April 2009, they reply on "Tuesday, 7 April 2009".
They are unable to help us because they are very busy with multiple deadlines at the moment and are unable to spare anyone for an interview.
How is everyone else going with their emails?
